About True Pillar Design & Build

True Pillar Design & Build provides construction, renovation, remodeling, and design/build services in Indiana. The website inquiry form allows potential clients to submit contact information, project descriptions, photos, videos, documents, plans, permits, or other project-related materials for preliminary review.

User Responsibilities

When you submit information or upload files through our website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to any photos, videos, documents, or files you upload, or you have permission from the owner to share them with us.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files.

Preliminary Estimates and No Binding Offer

Any cost estimates, timelines, project evaluations, design feedback, or other information provided by True Pillar Design & Build based on materials submitted through the website are preliminary, non-binding, and provided for general evaluation purposes only.

Submitting an inquiry, uploading files, or receiving a preliminary response does not create:

  • A construction contract;
  • A design agreement;
  • A contractor-client relationship;
  • A professional services agreement;
  • A warranty;
  • A guarantee of pricing, availability, feasibility, or timeline; or
  • Any obligation for either party to proceed with a project.

A formal, legally binding agreement is only established after further review, an on-site inspection if required, a detailed scope of work, and a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Website Availability and No Warranty

The website, inquiry form, upload feature, and preliminary review process are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, that the upload feature will work without interruption, that submitted files will be received, reviewed, or retained, or that the website will be free from errors, bugs, viruses, or harmful components. You are responsible for keeping copies of any files you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, or the inquiry process shall be filed in the state or federal courts located in or serving Marion County, Indiana, unless otherwise required by law.
